Tiger Woods and his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, were spotted together in public for the first time since the messy 2010 Thanksgiving weekend spat that led to their separation and revelations of his extramarital affairs.

The two gathered for a youth sports event on Saturday in Jupiter, Fla., where Woods now lives in a $50-million mansion on 12 acres that includes a 100-foot swimming pool, a 5,700-square-foot fitness center and three holes for golf, not to mention basketball and tennis courts as well as a track.

Woods showed up with the couple’s two children, and they were later joined by Nordegren, according to TMZ.com.

Their public reunion didn’t last long, though. After about 30 minutes, they began drawing attention and decided to leave.

Woods, who has reportedly been dating ski star Lindsey Vonn, was able to attend the event because he was eliminated from the Match Play Championship in Marana, Ariz. He’s scheduled to return to play this week at the Honda Classic in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Nordegren has been linked this winter to Swedish hockey player Douglas Murray.
