Hewlett-Packard Co., the world’s biggest maker of printers, agreed to a voluntary recall of about 367,000 fax machines in the U.S. because an electrical component can cause overheating or fire.

The recall involves the Fax 1010 and the Fax 1010xi models, according to a statement from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The Chinese-made machines were sold from November 2002 to December 2004 for $130 to $150.
