Shia LaBeouf makes a promise of ‘unsimulated’ sex

Let’s call this “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex and Shia LaBeouf (*but were afraid to ask).”

The passionate young actor has been making the rounds to promote his Prohibition-era shoot ‘em up, “Lawless,” but it’s his next project that has taken center stage.

LaBeouf revealed that in Lars Von Trier’s forthcoming “Nymphomaniac” all the sex to take place in the film (do we need to give you a synopsis after that title?) will be the real deal -- “unsimulated,” as CNN elegantly coined it.

LaBeouf even claimed he sent Von Trier intimate footage of himself in action to get the part.

“I sent him videotapes of me and my girlfriend having sex and that’s how I got the job,” Shia plainly told Chelsea Handler on her chat show.

“I don’t know what it’s gonna be until I get out there. I know he’s a very dangerous director, I know we’re trying to do something different. It’s not your typical film. It’s about what it’s about,” he said.

Talk about dedication.

LaBeouf waxed philosophical about getting down on screen and cutting close to the heart of sex addiction.

“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with sex. Sex is beautiful if it’s done right. And I wouldn’t just do it for no reason. Sex is different than love, and there is a separation, and that middle gap is what the movie’s about,” he told USA Today.

And there’s everything on sex and Shia. Until the film’s release, that is.
