Design in Time: One-of-a-kind clocks premiere at Heath Ceramics

Heath Ceramics invited eight artists to create 70 one-of-a-kind clay clocks that are premiering in Heath’s Los Angeles and San Francisco studios this weekend.
The artists and design firms behind the Design in Time clocks are Roger Herman, Geoff McFetridge, Commune, House Industries, Natalie Chanin of Alabama Chanin, Jeff Canham and Heath studio directors Adam Silverman and Tung Chiang. Their handmade clocks will sell for $400 to $1,200.
The Design in Time project celebrates Catherine Bailey and Robin Petravic’s 10 years of Heath Ceramics ownership. The Los Angeles studio and showroom is at 7525 Beverly Blvd. The San Francisco factory and showroom is at 2900 18th St.
