Why did the state let the jails get over crowded?? how many of the prisoners r there because they stole a tee shirt or did not even committ the crime or caught with a nickle bag of smoke, a lot of them need to get out and get on with there lives!!

This prison looks more like a concentration camp...such inhumane conditions.
Isn't it a fire hazard to have that many people in one small area, or does anyone even care?
