Britain offers anti-terrorism aid

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown offered Pakistan and India help fighting militants during a visit to the region aimed at easing tensions.
Brown asked both countries to allow British police to question suspects in last month’s attack in Mumbai, India.
His visit coincided with a new spat between the neighbors. Pakistan said Indian warplanes had inadvertently violated its airspace. India denied any incursion.
