Fess, what a marvelous legacy you left us. Growing up in the San Fernando Valley in the 1960s, there wasn't a kid around who didn't tune into "Daniel Boone" and sing along with its theme song in the opening credits... I even remember them playing "Davey Crocket" on reruns. Great stuff. Too bad tv, and in particular, Hollywood has sunk so incredibly low... They have replaced talent, good story telling and morality with mediocracy, sex and gay rights. Shameful. Rest In Peace, good brother.
