See a rare and flammable film format

The David Geffen Theater at the Academy Museum is one of only five theaters in the U.S. that can show nitrate films, and they happen to be showing Alfred Hitchcock’s first color film, “Rope” on 35mm nitrate on Friday, May 30th.
