Labor groups protest city’s payment of ‘predatory fees’ to big banks

Trash haulers and other vehicles gathered at Los Angeles City Hall today, honking their horns to protest what city labor groups claim are millions of dollars in “predatory fees” the city has paid to Wall Street banks.
