Video: Tamir Rice’s sister handcuffed by police after boy was shot

In this edited version of a video released by the city of Cleveland, the sister of 12-year-old Tamir Rice is pushed to the ground, handcuffed and placed in the backseat of a patrol car after Tamir was fatally shot by an officer.
