Second Kissimmee Police Officer dies following Friday night shooting
Sgt. Richard “Sam” Howard died Saturday from gunshot wounds he suffered when he and fellow officer Matthew Baxter were shot during a routine stop in Kissimmee’s McLaren Circle area.
