SOME THEME

After having typed over the words “Calendar Letters” on the last page of the Dec. 23 Calendar, I asked a group of friends and family what they thought the theme of the writing was.

Their guesses included these:

Fear and loathing in Los Angeles.

Something to do with MTV.

“Trivial Pursuit”--The Game of the ‘80s?

Twelve characters in search of Robert Hilburn

Escapees from an asylum, fighting over which was Charles II’s best friend. ROBERT LEVENTHAL Los Angeles
