Granville W. Holman Jr., president of Raymond Kaiser Engineers Inc., has been named executive vice president and chief executive of the parent company, Raymond International Inc., Houston. He also has been appointed a director of the holding company, Raymond Holdings Inc., Houston. He will continue to be located at the Oakland headquarters.
