Completion is scheduled for March on the $5-million, three-story, 50,000-square-foot Lake Forest Executive Center under construction at the San Diego Freeway and Lake Forest Drive in the Orange County community of Lake Forest.
The project has a two-story atrium lobby and 17,000 square feet on each floor, with space available ranging from 900 square feet to a full floor, according to a spokesman for the developer, Pacesetter Business Properties, the commercial/industrial counterpart of Pacesetter Homes Inc., Newport Beach.
Koll Project Started The $10-million Prospect Point office and retail center is under construction at Prospect and Cave streets in La Jolla. Koll Construction Co. is building the 30,000-square-foot, three-story building for Dalen-Enz & Associates and SEG America. A spring completion is projected for the "post-modern Mediterranean" project designed by Martinez Wong & Associates, with architect Robert Stern Consulting. Working drawings and construction administration are by Wheeler-Wimer Architects.
Ventura Project Sold Ventura Professional Center, a 100,000-square-foot, three-building office center at 5700 Ralston St., Ventura, has been sold for a price in excess of $9.9 million by Eastern Global Corp. of Los Angeles to August Financial. Cushman & Wakefield's downtown Los Angeles office represented both parties in the transaction.
Miramar Offices Set Nearing completion is the Miralani Corporate Center, an $8-million, three-building development under construction at 8665-8685 Miralani Drive in the East Miramar Road area of San Diego. The 75,000-square-foot center was designed by Bruce Steingraber for Beaty Development Co. Iliff, Thorn & Co. is the leasing agent.
