Tishman West Appointed Pacific Plaza Leasing Firm

Tishman West Management Corp, has been appointed exclusive leasing manager for the 1.4-million square foot Security Pacific Plaza, 333 S. Hope St., where 300,000 square feet of space is available for leasing. Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. recently purchased the property from the bank in a $310-million transaction.
