Cheated Slot, Won $151,110, Man Admits

David Rook of Sacramento has pleaded guilty to collecting $151,110 from a rigged slot machine at the MGM Grand in Reno.
Rook said Friday in U.S District Court that he traveled from California to Nevada on Aug. 15, 1981, to hit the jackpot illegally.
Rook, 44, will be sentenced March 5 by Judge Edward Reed. He faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
