Rancho Palos Verdes Project Features Site on Coastal Bluffs

Sales are under way at Vista Pacifica, a community of 52 new homes at 6405 Vista Pacifica, Rancho Palos Verdes, on the coastal bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. At midweek, seven had been purchased.

Homes are offered in four floor plans, ranging from 3,730 to 4,705 square feet and offering three and four bedrooms with 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 baths. They are priced from $339,500 to $599,500 and are available for immediate occupancy.

In addition, there are 11 “front row view” lots for custom homes. Two have been sold and the remaining lots range from $700,000 to $800,000.

Standard features of the homes include three-car garages, three or four wood-burning fireplaces, interior planters, wet bars, family rooms, intercom and radio systems, walnut cabinetry, sunken spa tubs, luminous ceilings and entry fountains.

Buyers own their individual lots, including front and rear yards. Common property includes tennis courts and pools, maintained by a homeowners association for $130.03 a month.

The sales agent is the New Homes Division of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Services. Four furnished model homes are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
