Velo-Bind Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif.,said it has agreed to acquire Supply Express, Agoura, in a deal valued at about $1.5 million.

Object Recognition Systems, Princeton, N.J., said it sold its 62.5%-owned subsidiary, Vulcan Software, to Daisy Systems Corp., Mountain View, for $1.75 million in cash.

Watkins-Johnson Co., Palo Alto, said it was awarded a contract valued at about $4.5 million by General Dynamics Corp., St. Louis.
