A Superior Court jury Wednesday convicted Jon Joseph Stewart of manslaughter in the deaths of three people in a Lemon Grove collision in which Stewart reportedly had been driving at 100 m.p.h. They found the 20-year-old Bonita man guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the July deaths of William and Ricki Curry, both 24 of Spring Valley, and of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence in the death of 19-year-old Patricia Hayes of Lemon Grove. Stewart could face a maximum of nine years in state prison. Judge William Low set sentencing for March 12.
