Caltech Receives $1-Million Grant

Caltech has received a $1-million grant from the James Irvine Foundation in Newport Beach for the purchase of scientific and engineering equipment for research and education.

The grant will enable the institute to increase its research and education programs in neurobiology, chemistry, engineering and geology.
