There will be no prostitution charges pressed against adult film star Marilyn Chambers--at least for now--over an incident at San Francisco’s Mitchell Brothers Theater. The San Francisco district attorney’s office declined to press those charges at her arraignment before a Municipal Court judge, but left open the possibility that they would pursue the case in the future. “We still have the option of filing a criminal complaint if additional investigation proves it warrants it,” said Bernard Walter, assistant district attorney.
