A salvage crew finally wrestled a beached 190-foot freighter into deep water, delighting a beach-front homeowner in Palm Beach, Fla., who enjoyed her first clear view of the Atlantic since a November storm drove the ship into her sea wall. “It’s wonderful,” exclaimed Mollie Wilmot. “I never realized how great this view is. I really appreciate it now, from here to eternity.”
