4 Blacks Killed in S. Africa Riots

PORT ELIZABETH, South Africa —
Four blacks were killed today in a renewed outbreak of rioting in South African townships, police said. Two of the victims were a child and a man burned when rioters set houses ablaze. Police said today’s deaths brought to seven the number of blacks killed in rioting since Friday.
