Robert W. Murch of Rancho Palos Verdes has been named the new chief executive officer of Harbor Health Systems Inc. and Bay Harbor Hospital in Harbor City. Murch spent more than two years with the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee as Olympic Village manager.
