An exclusive data base of every U. S. shopping center with more than 100,000 square feet has been completed by National Decision Systems, Encinitas, encompassing all 50 states and 8,000 centers.
Rich Zinne, project manager for the new shopping-center data base, said that more than 350 demographic characteristics are contained in the data base for six radii around each center (1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 miles).
Clients will have verified names, addresses, gross leasable square footage, as well as exact geographic locations of the centers. The firm also offers four reports and services based on the exclusive data base.
