A group opposed to the city redevelopment agency’s plans for Main Street redevelopment, including acquisition of property to add and expand auto dealerships, has been formed under the name of Better Government Assn. of Alhambra. Houston Myers, who owns an interest in an auto repair shop on Main Street, is chairman of the group. Other officers are Jim Fosselman, vice chairman; Sandra Wysok, secretary; and Angelino De Leon, treasurer. Myers said the group is inviting businessmen and property owners along Main Street “to help fight City Hall and redevelopment.”
