China-Italy Arms Pact

PEKING —
China and Italy have signed an agrement to boost Italian arms sales to the Chinese and provide training in advanced weapons systems. Italian Defense Minister Giovanni Spadolini and his Chinese counterpart, Zhang Aiping, signed the pact here Saturday.
