India Jet Crash Kills 15

NEW DELHI —
At least 15 villagers were killed Tuesday when an Indian air force MIG-25 fighter plane crashed on their homes in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, officials said. The pilot ejected and was unhurt. An air force spokesman said the fighter was on a routine training flight.
