Glendora
Several residents have formed the Glendora Council on Aging to study needs of senior citizens. Their spokesman, Ruth Harper, said they will compile a census of older people in the city and then consider the need for a senior citizens center and other services. Recreation supervisor Jim Henderson said Glendora has applied for a state grant of $750,000 to build a center.
