Oltmans Builds Headquarters

Oltmans Construction Co. has begun construction on its own 53,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in the Whittier area.

The new $5.5-million facility, being built on a 4.5-acre site just east of the 605 Freeway at 10005 Mission Hill Road (Los Angeles County), will replace the Oltmans firm’s current headquarters in Monterey Park. The building is scheduled for completion this month.

The new headquarters will be made up of two structures, a 33,000-square-foot, two-story office building and a 20,000-square-foot service facility.

The office building design is by Langdon Wilson Mumper and the service building design is by John D. Blackburn.
