Tortilla Plant Leases Space

Mission Foods Corp., tortilla manufacturer, has leased 48,000 square feet of industrial building space in Canoga Park for expansion of its area operations at a total lease consideration of more than $1.6 million.
The lessor of one building is Wells Fargo Asset Management Co., and the lessor of the other is Publishers Management Corp. Daum Corp. negotiated the transactions.
