A jury was tentatively chosen in the Claus von Bulow attempted murder retrial in Providence, R.I., and the judge in the case warned potential witnesses to avoid reporters. The one-page written warning from Superior Court Judge Corinne Grande was issued during the sixth day of jury selection. Selection was scheduled to resume this morning. Von Bulow, 58, is facing his second trial on charges that he twice injected his heiress wife, Martha (Sunny) von Bulow, with insulin in 1979 and 1980, leaving her in a death-like state from which she is not expected to recover.
