Reagan Will Nominate Kilday as Ambassador

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan said Tuesday that he will nominate Lowell C. Kilday, a veteran of 28 years in the Foreign Service, as ambassador to the Dominican Republic. Kilday, 54, has been deputy assistant secretary of state in the bureau of inter-American affairs since 1983.
