Arms Talks to Recess

GENEVA — The United States and Soviet Union announced today that their arms talks will recess Tuesday and resume five weeks later on May 30. The announcement came after a 2 1/2-hour meeting between the Soviet and American teams negotiating on intermediate-range nuclear forces.
