Condominium Project Opens Today in Orange

Canyon Glen, a venture of Real Estate Development Corp. and Plaza Builders Inc. of 126 condominiums in Orange, opens today with 48 units. Twenty-two have been sold.

Priced from $83,990 to $109,990 with 30-year financing available at a fixed rate of 12 3/4%, the units, designed by Hales-Langston, are available in seven floor plans with two to three bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths and 824 to 1,259 square feet of space, arranged in one or two stories.

Some plans have skylighted lofts, and all plans have vaulted ceilings, interior laundry areas, and private patios or balconies. The monthly homeowners fee is $99.

Five models, decorated by Linda Buffington Interiors, and a sales office, staffed by Builders Sales Corp., are open at 5724 E. Stillwater Ave. from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. First move-ins are scheduled in May.
