TOKYO — Prince Albert, younger brother of Belgian King Baudouin, said Tuesday that his country will cooperate with Japan to try to develop technology for the benefit of society. He made the statement at Belgian national day observances at Japan’s science exposition at Tsukuba, northeast of Tokyo.
