Champion International agreed to sell three units.

One of the units, its Setterstix operations, will be sold to a company affiliated with Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corp. Setterstix, the world’s leading manufacturer of rolled paper sticks, had 1984 sales of $5.7 million. Operations include two manufacturing plants--one in Cattaraugus, N.Y., and one in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. In addition, Champion will sell its laminated and coated products operations to an Austrian firm and its envelope manufacturing operations to American Envelope Co. of Chicago.
