Catalina Landing Nears Completion

Construction is 75% completed at Catalina Landing, a $40-million, 293,000-square-foot marine terminal and office complex at 330 Golden Shore Blvd., with completion expected this spring.
Focal point of the complex will be a modern terminal building for the Catalina ferries, with one four-story and three five-story office buildings. The developer is Catalina Landing Associates, the architect is Hope Consulting Group of San Diego and the general contractor is Charles Pankow Inc. of Altadena.
