Partnership Plans to Build Condos

A 383-unit residential development overlooking the ocean in Laguna Niguel will be built by Kroh Brothers Development Co. of Kansas City in partnership with the Hon Development Co. of Laguna Hills.

Kroh Brothers has completed preparation of the 215-acre project which will be called Laguna Sur. The bluff-top development above Monarch Bay and Three-Arch Bay on Pacific Island Drive, will have 355 condominiums and town houses and 28 custom-home lots.

A major portion of the gate-guarded community will be assigned to common areas such as a recreation center, swiming pool and tennis courts.
