Building Sold to Syndicator
Montgomery Airport Plaza, an 89,000-square-foot office building at 3655 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego, has been sold by Phase One Development Co. of San Diego to Amsted Cos., a real estate syndicator, for $11.9 million.
An $8.8-million permanent loan has been arranged on the building, which was completed in 1983, by Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Co., 1300 Dove St., Newport Beach, with Bankers Life of De Moines, Iowa.
