Rex E. Lee, U.S. solicitor general, was the commencement speaker at Pepperdine University School of Law graduation exercises Saturday. Lee, founding dean of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, spoke about legal ethics and was presented an honorary doctor of laws degree. About 200 Pepperdine students received juris doctor degrees during the ceremony at the Odell McConnell Law Center on the Malibu campus.
