Final Phase Starts on MGM Home Project

The final, $8-million phase of 32 homes in the $37-million, 181-home project on Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s Lot 2 in Culver City is under way.
Known as Studio Estates, the project is being developed, designed and built by Prestige Homes Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldrich & Kest Industries, Culver City.
Studio Estates is situated on 37 acres bordered by Overland and Elenda Avenues and Washington and Culver Boulevards. When the project is completed, there will still be eight acres remaining for development of senior citizen housing and offices.
