A federal grand jury in Alexandria, Va., is investigating allegations that some supporters of Libyan leader Col. Moammar Kadafi plotted to assassinate anti-Kadafi Libyans in the United States, according to sources familiar with the investigation. Sources said as many as three Libyan dissidents may have been the targets of the alleged murder plot. FBI agents have subpoenaed about 15 pro-Kadafi Libyans in four states to appear before the grand jury, authorities said.
