Wallace Assailant Bremer Faces First Parole Hearing

HAGERSTOWN, Md. —
Arthur Bremer, who tried to assassinate Alabama Gov. George C. Wallace during a 1972 presidential campaign stop, will get his first parole hearing Thursday, state officials announced Friday.
