JERSEY CITY, N.J. —
Trust Co. of New Jersey Chairman Siggi B. Wilzig said the company’s board approved a plan to form a holding company for the bank.
He said the board believes the holding company will make the bank, which has assets of $1.06 billion, more competitive with other New Jersey banks.
