Glen Ridge Estates Opens This Weekend

Glen Ridge Estates, a single-family home development of the Bird Development Co. in San Clemente, will stage its grand opening this weekend from 11 a.m. to dusk.

Centrally located to the Mission Viejo area, with sales offices at 2940 Arroyo, the 65-home project features four floor plans sized from l,600 to 2,326 square feet and priced from $155,900 to $184,900.

The current phase, with 31 units, provides a choice of three- or four-bedroom plans with high ceilings, spacious closets with mirrored doors, private decks, master baths with double vanities, fully appointed kitchens, oak cabinetry and other amenities.

Exteriors reflect Spanish, Mediterranean or contemporary California styling, and all homes include two-car garages, concrete driveways, tile roofs, and large yards.

Four furnished models with coordinated interiors by Miriam Lutzky Interior Design of Laguna Hills, will be open for inspection.
