Carl C. Icahn again increased his stake in TWA.

Icahn, the New York financier who has been accumulating Trans World Airlines stock, told the SEC that he and investor groups that he controls have increased their holdings in the airline to 32.77% from 31.64%. Icahn said he had bought another 386,800 shares of TWA common stock on May 31, before a Missouri court temporarily enjoined him from buying more. He now controls 11,232,200 shares. TWA had no comment on the new purchases.
