Investment Firm Buys Condos in San Diego

CDS Development of California, a San Diego real estate investment firm, has purchased the 184-unit Wintergreen Village Condominiums at 1470 Oro Vista Road in San Diego for $10.75 million, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, which handled the transaction.

J.L. Construction of San Luis Rey was the seller.
