The Messenger Investment Co., in partnership with Mission Viejo Land Co., has purchased two buildings totaling 316,150 square feet in the Rancho Cucamonga Project from the Santa Anita Development Corp., completing Phase 2 of the project. Prior to the sale, Santa Anita Development had negotiated a $7.5-million, seven-year lease for 284,000 square feet with PDM Distribution Inc.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented both seller and buyer. The lease was negotiated by Goodglick Co., Los Angeles, and Coldwell Banker.
Five-Year Lease Signed
Henry Holding Co. has leased a 102,124-square-foot industrial building in the city of Vernon from 46th Street Investors of Sacramento. The Seeley Co. represented both parties in the five-year, $1-million lease. Henry Holding Co. occupied the building in February.
Final Phase Begun
Told Construction Co. has begun work on the 32-acre final phase of its 80-acre Industrial Complex of Camarillo-South. When completed, the 19 additional buildings will increase the size of the $65-million complex to 1.4 million square feet.
Lusardi Construction will begin work this month on a $15-million, 30,000-square-foot light industrial building at the Oceanside Commerce Center. Designed by Carli Architecture of San Diego and developed by Ramos-Jensen Investments, the 19-building project is expected to be completed in 1989.
Watson Center Lease
Ingham International has leased 85,120 square feet in the Watson Industrial Center in Carson from the Watson Land Co. The Klabin Co. of Inglewood represented both parties in the 60-month, $1.6-million transaction.
