London Reservations
In regard to John Zanier’s letter (May 19) about a London hotel not being able to honor his reservation, might I suggest that his dilemma could probably have been solved by going to a travel agent with no expense to him. Travel agents have access to representatives of many London hotels, and there is no charge to the client. If in the event the travel agent is unable to obtain a reservation, the advice given in the letter to call direct would be a very good suggestion.
